Our Practice & COVID-19
Please be assured that our offices are following DHEC and CDC guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. We have implemented the following practices:
• We ask patients who are showing symptoms of illness and/or have sick household members to remain at home and call their primary care provider.
• If you are having a procedure and/or have brought along a support person, they will be asked to remain in their car and we will communicate with them via text/phone as needed.
• All patients who need a support person for assistance are limited to 1 guest only.
• No children under the age of 18 are allowed at this time.
• We maintain the highest standard of infection control practices including hospital-grade sterilization of tools and equipment, usage of personal protective equipment, and increased routine cleaning of our offices.
• If you have flu-like symptoms and fever, please be evaluated either by a primary care provider or an ER facility. Roper and MUSC are both offering free virtual health screenings for COVID-19:
